Shipping
We will ship a merchandise from Japan. International deliveries are handled by a postal service, DHL, FEDEX or UPS. We usually ship it within 6-7 business days of confirming payment because of a verification process by expert authenticators. Shipping is only available to the address registered in Paypal. Any address not registered in Paypal is not acceptable to be shipped.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of the item. The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification; non-deliveries must also be reported within 30 days of shipment notification. Goods should be returned with the original packing slip. Buyer is responsible for any return postage cost. Items that are received back via the postal service marks as Undeliverable - Unclaimed/not called for - refused or insufficient address, postage cost will not be refunded and may be subject to 20% relisting fee.
International Buyers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. They are normally collected by a carrier and not an additional shipping fees. Your phone number is needed to ship out. If it is not included on your eBay account, shipping process will be delayed.
